Personalized Check-Ins
Check-ins are brief, focused sessions (15–30 minutes based on your service level) scheduled at times that work for your family. These sessions are used for progress monitoring, goal review, and individualized feedback—not primary instruction.

Step 3 — Comprehensive Evaluation Heather conducts a full evaluation of your learner's strengths, skill gaps, learning style, and support needs.
Step 4 — Results Conference Review evaluation findings together. Receive your Student Progress Summary with recommendations.
Step 5 — Enrollment Agreement Sign Packet 2 to finalize enrollment, service level, and financial terms.
Step 6 — ILP Agreement Sign Packet 3 to approve your child's Individualized Learning Plan, goals, and instructional approach.
Step 7 — Funding Approval Submit to your ESA/FES-UA/PEP program for approval (we help with this process).
Step 8 — Begin Instruction Your child starts learning in their assigned pod with scheduled check-ins.

Enrollment Windows
AVN operates on a quarterly calendar.
Q1 (Launch Quarter — January 2026): Mid-quarter enrollment available with prorated tuition.
After Q1: Enrollment begins at the start of each quarter only (April, July, September, January).

Minimum commitment is the current quarter
All withdrawals require 30-day written notice
Mid-quarter withdrawal: 30-day notice + $1,000 Breaking Fee
End-of-quarter withdrawal: 30-day notice, no Breaking Fee

Evaluation Fee: Included in Pre-Enrollment (varies by service level)
Pre-Enrollment Fee: $500 — Paid at Packet 1; applied to first month's tuition if enrolled, retained by AVN if not
Mid-Quarter Breaking Fee: $1,000 (waived if you withdraw at end of quarter)
Late Payment Fee: $35 (after 3-day grace period)
Returned Payment Fee: $35

Foundations Track: For students needing extra support in reading, writing, math, or executive function. Instruction moves at the learner's pace with emphasis on building confidence and filling gaps.
Standard Track: For students progressing at or above grade level with steady mastery. Instruction balances depth with appropriate challenge.
Accelerated Track: For advanced or gifted students ready for higher-level instruction. Emphasis on deeper exploration, critical thinking, and enrichment.
