$300-600/month

Foundational support for students needing targeted help

Your student receives (~20 hours/month):

• Check-in every 2 weeks (15-20 minutes) for progress monitoring, goal review, and individualized feedback 

• Group instruction in pods: 8 hours/month

• Guided study hall: 8 hours/month

• Offline assignments with feedback: 2-4 hours/month

Includes:

• Personalized learning plan

• Dedicated teacher assignment

• Regular progress updates

• Skill-based pod placement (your child is matched with peers at similar skill levels, regardless of service level) 

Best for: Students needing support in 1-2 subject areas, foundational skill building, or structured academic reinforcement 

VIA NOVA "The New Way"

$950-1,500/month

Substantial academic support for serious learners

Your student receives (~40 hours/month):

• Weekly check-in (20-30 minutes) for progress monitoring, goal review, and individualized feedback 

• Group instruction in pods: 16 hours/month

• Guided study hall: 16 hours/month

• Offline assignments with feedback: 4-8 hours/month

Includes:

• Comprehensive personalized learning plan

• Dedicated teacher assignment

• Weekly progress updates

• Skill-based pod placement (your child is matched with peers at similar skill levels, regardless of service level) 

• Quarterly parent strategy sessions

Best for: Students needing multi-subject support, intensive skill development, or consistent academic coaching alongside their current school

Group Sessions (Pods & Study Halls): Students are placed in skill-matched pods with peers at similar ability levels, regardless of service level. We build our schedule based on family availability — tell us what works, and we'll match you with a cohort. 

Personalized Check-Ins: Brief, focused individual meetings scheduled at times that work for your family for progress monitoring, goal review, and individualized feedback.

Step 1 — Free Consultation Discuss your child's goals, needs, current school situation, and learning history. No obligation.

Step 2 — Pre-Enrollment Agreement Sign Packet 1 to secure your evaluation spot and authorize AVN to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.  Includes a $500 Pre-Enrollment Fee (applied toward tuition if you enroll).

Step 3 — Comprehensive Evaluation Heather conducts a full evaluation of your learner's strengths, skill gaps, learning style, and support needs.

Step 4 — Results Conference Review evaluation findings together. Receive your Student Progress Summary with service level recommendation.

Step 5 — Enrollment Agreement Sign Packet 2 to finalize enrollment, confirm your service level, and establish financial terms.

Step 6 — ILP Agreement Sign Packet 3 to approve your child's Individualized Learning Plan, goals, and instructional approach.

Step 7 — Funding Approval Submit to your scholarship program (FES-UA, PEP, Arizona ESA) for approval. We help with this process.

Step 8 — Begin Instruction Your child starts learning in their skill-matched pod with scheduled check-ins — alongside their current school.

AVN operates on a quarterly calendar with fixed enrollment periods.

Quarter Dates (Year 1 — 2026):

• Q1: January 15 – March 20, 2026

• Q2: April 7 – June 19, 2026

• Q3: July 6 – September 4, 2026

• Q4: September 21 – December 18, 2026

Breaks:

• Spring Break: March 21 – April 6

• Summer Break: June 20 – July 5

• Fall Break: September 5 – September 20

• Winter Break: December 19 – January 2027

Enrollment Rules:

• Q1 (Launch Quarter): Mid-quarter enrollment available with prorated tuition while capacity allows

• After Q1: Enrollment begins at the start of each quarter only

• Enrollment typically closes 2-3 weeks before quarter end for next quarter placement

Founding Family Program (Limited to First 40 Students):

• Students 1–20: 40% off first month + 20% off Year 1 tuition

• Students 21–40: 20% off Year 1 tuition

• All Founding Families: Lifetime price lock on enrolled service level
