Is AVN a registered Florida private school?
Yes. AVN operates as a private school under Florida law (Section 1002.01(2), Florida Statutes). Our Florida Department of Education registration is currently being processed. The DOE's school code system has been under extended maintenance since November 2025, which has delayed code issuance for all new schools statewide. Private pay enrollment is unaffected. FES-UA and PEP scholarship invoicing will begin immediately upon code confirmation. We appreciate your patience as we await the DOE system restoration.
**AVN operates on a quarterly calendar. Q1 mid-quarter available; after Q1, enrollment at quarter start only.**
